Registered Nurse
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized individual nursing care, and administers medication and treatments. Our RNs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provide oversight for AmeriStaff field staff to ensure the highest level of care and support in the homes and facilities we serve.
Licensed Practical Nurse
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides individual nursing care. The nurse will confer regularly with the physician and implement any changes of medical orders.
Certified Nursing Assistant
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works closely with patients and is responsible for services such as bathing, grooming, feeding, assisting RNs with medical equipment and checking patient vital signs. The CNA will also provide social and emotional support.
Home Health Aide
The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides assistance with all activities of daily living to the patient as needed and under the direction of AmeriStaff Nursing Services, assures proper care for the patient, allowing the patient to live independently in the comfort of their home.

Our professionals communicate regularly with families, caregivers and physicians through phone calls, reports or other communication to ensure peace of mind for everyone involved in the care of the client. This is frequently utilized by families who are caregiving from a distance, and rely on us to provide them with updated information on the ongoing care of their loved ones.
